KuuTV VIP Membership Service Agreement

This KuuTV VIP Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and KuuTV (hereinafter referred to as “KuuTV” or “we”) regarding your status as a VIP member (hereinafter referred to as “VIP Member”) and the VIP membership services we provide (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). Please read this Agreement in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Complete Agreement”). Your use of the Services signifies your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Complete Agreement.

1. Service Description

As a KuuTV VIP Member, you will gain access to exclusive rights and benefits outlined in our “VIP Center.” Please note that guest subscriptions come with limited privileges and cannot be linked to a personal account.

2. Membership and Subscription

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your KuuTV account and related information. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Fees and Cancellations

VIP membership services are subject to fees that may vary based on your region and the device you use. Any adjustments to fees will be displayed on the payment page. Please be aware that subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Service Duration and Automatic Renewal

Your membership duration is determined by the period you have selected and paid for. Automatic renewal may occur 24 hours prior to the expiration of your membership unless you cancel your subscription.

5. Service Use

All services and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. Modifications to this Agreement

KuuTV reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Notifications of changes will be provided via the “VIP Center” or through other communication methods.

7. Suspension and Termination of Services

In the event of a breach of this Agreement, KuuTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without any obligation for a refund.

9. Notifications

Notifications may be delivered through various means and will be considered received upon dispatch.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
