KuuTV VIP Subscription Auto-Renewal Agreement

Please read this VIP Subscription Auto-Renewal Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the VIP services and virtual currency features in the KuuTV application. By confirming your subscription or using these services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Service Overview

The KuuTV application offers VIP subscription services, which include:

• Access to HD Content: Enjoy a premium viewing experience with high-definition content and early access to new episodes.
• Ad-Free Viewing Experience: Enjoy uninterrupted content without advertisements.
• Exclusive Features and Offers: Gain access to unique features exclusive to VIP members, with new benefits being added regularly.

VIP membership is available on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with auto-renewal enabled by default.

Auto-Renewal

If you opt for the auto-renewal option, your payment account associated with the App Store will be automatically charged within 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription. The renewal will be for the same duration as your current subscription.

Canceling Auto-Renewal

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the “Subscriptions” settings in the App Store. Upon cancellation, your VIP benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid future charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Virtual Currency

You can purchase virtual currency within the KuuTV application to unlock additional content or features. These virtual currencies are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for real money; they are only valid within the app.

Pricing

Fees for VIP services and virtual currencies are displayed in the App Store and within the app. We reserve the right to modify pricing at our discretion, with any updates communicated in advance through the app. If you disagree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

Refund Policy

All VIP subscriptions and virtual goods are digital products that take effect immediately upon purchase. If you encounter billing errors or technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours at ccgwx1006@163.com. We will investigate and address any valid complaints promptly.

Security

Your information is critically important to us. We are not responsible for losses due to account theft, lost devices, or unauthorized access. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts to protect our users.
